Become part of our team and actively shape the future of Arvato as Quality & Inventory Management Specialist (m/w/x) at one of our locations in Gütersloh. With us you immerse yourself in the exciting world of international supply chain solutions and work closely with industry leaders in the technology industry. The job is limited to two years. Your tasks Process optimization: You continuously develop new processes in quality and inventory, document them and communicate them to the departments based on our quality policy. Collaboration: You work closely with customer support and other departments to ensure a consistent approach to inventory, quality and customer requirements. Inventors and certifications: You stand by your knowledge for inventory and ISO certifications and accompany the entire process from preparation of documents to monitoring. Audits: You accompany internal audits and are constantly working on the optimization of quality standards. Reports and evaluations: You create and update inventory reports as well as quality evaluations according to customer requirements and specifications. Employee training: You manage and tax employee training in the internal Sharepoint.

Your profile You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in production or logistics, or a comparable qualification. A pronounced analytical thinking capability, high reliability and loadability as well as good communication skills are yours. You control the handling of the MS Office package routined and safe. Ideally, you have extensive system experience in SAP WM/MM. You bring experience in quality assurance, ideally in logistics, as well as additional know-how from quality management. You are strong in communication and can convey your point of view clearly and convincingly.
