Your duties Support of our colleague in the service partner field service

• Regular information exchange
• appointment coordination
• Creation of statistics/reportings
• Supporting the complaint tool
• Recording and research of complaints including answering to the customer and forwarding to sales
• Processing credits of delivery partners incl. complaint processing Advice and support of delivery partners Priority of complaints received Reminder/Escalation to delivery partners as well as auditing of accounts, preparation of provisions and special credits Contact person for any process questions of the delivery partners Identification of action needs (quality measures, etc.) Maintenance of the delivery partner master data in the system

Our requirements Completed commercial or logistic training Good business knowledge Organisational capacity and initiative Safe appearance and high communicative skills Very good knowledge of MS-Office Teamability, loadability and structured operation
