For one of our renowned customers, we are looking at the Reutlingen, Heidelberg, Wörth am Rhein, Munich, Nuremberg, Ulm, Hannover, Bielefeld, Münster, Leipzig

Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Tasks • Customer support (replace current clients with cloud-based clients) • Rollout support • Hardware and software installation • Repairs • Remote support on the phone

Knowledge • (m/w/d), IT Technicians (m/w/d), IT Technicians (m/w/d), IT Technicians (m/w/d) for system integration or in the last three years at least one year of IT professional experience • Knowledge of standard hardware and peripheral equipment • Experience in M365 or in the Windows environment • Good knowledge of German in word and writing
