Project Manager SHK - Construction Management / Building Technology (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management and coordination of our SHK construction projects – from the new building to the renovation to customer service operations. You plan to use your team as well as to create materials and ensure a smooth preparation and implementation of the construction processes with tools such as MS Project. In close coordination with team leaders and foreworkers, you carry out technical performance checks and monitor compliance with all quality standards and legal requirements. As a central contact for customers, suppliers and employees, you conduct construction sessions, visit projects on site and represent them sovereignly to the outside. You actively monitor warranties, maintain existing maintenance contracts and ensure the long-term satisfaction of our customers.

You have completed training in the SHK area or engineering degree You have a successfully completed master qualification Sanitary, Heating and Climate Technology (SHK) You have at least 6 years of professional experience in the SHK craft You have very good technical understanding and experience in reading and drawing construction plans You have experience in the professional management and guidance of employees and trainees You have an independent, structured and reliable operation You have high sense of responsibility and high quality standards You have communication strength, team capacity, enforcement ability and customer-oriented and professional appearance You own a class B license You have very good knowledge with the Microsoft Office package (inbes. Word and Excel), incl. MS Project You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing; further foreign language of advantage
