Intern in recruiting (m/f/d)

For our Office & Management division, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/w/d) for June 2026 for 5-6 months, who supports our dynamic team in the search for qualified and talented candidates and wants to gain valuable experience in a growing company.

You are interested in recruiting and human resources management and want to explore the diversity of personnel services?

You are responsible for first contact with our candidates and take the appointments of the interviews

You support creating job advertisements and placing on different platforms

You participate in interviews

In addition, you can help address potential candidates on LinkedIn and Xing

You start reporting

In addition, you can bring your creativity in which you create content for our social media channels

You complete an ongoing study of business management, psychology or a comparable degree course with a focus on staff

You have knowledge of German and good English in word and writing

You have a safe handling of MS Office applications

You bring strong communicative skills and joy in dealing with people

A structured and independent way of working as well as high team skills complete your profile
