You expect challenging tasks and projects, such as Professional and disciplinary guidance of a mounting line in shift operation Responsibility for achieving production key figures, as well as planning, control and monitoring of production and assembly processes Personnel planning and operational planning in the shift system and ensuring compliance with occupational safety, quality and environmental standards Working with continuous improvement measures (optimisation of production processes to increase productivity and quality) Interface communication with maintenance, logistics, quality assurance and production and work planning

Completed training as master (industry/works), technician or Bachelor (technical) Multi-year leadership experience with employee responsibility High organisational strength, sense of responsibility and enforcement High technical and process understanding; Knowledge of production characteristics, lean methods and time economy are desirable Safe handling of IT systems in production, communication strength and fluent German knowledge
