It is a network operator for electricity and gas as well as technical service providers for water networks and construction service providers for the district heating network. It also fulfils the tasks of a state-approved test site for electricity, gas, water and heat. Other services for companies and the citizens of Karlsruhe are the collection of counter readings, cooperation with electricity, gas and water installers, as well as the provision of plans for companies that want to carry out work on the ground.

They transfer the design planning of the upstream asset management to an approval plan. You create a cost calculation as the basis for a customer offer and budgeting. They create project-related performance directories for deep and pipe construction work for the realization of gas and water pipeline construction projects. They coordinate external and private services together with the project managers (local construction monitoring). They shall monitor the implementation of the projects in accordance with the documents approved for execution, the construction contract and the generally accepted rules of the technology and the relevant regulations. You take responsibility for the cost and time control. The acceptance of services and deliveries of our contractors is also one of your activities. You will create a measure of the services provided by our contractors with subsequent factual audit.

They have a completed further education for the technician (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) or master (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) in the field of mechanical engineering, supply technology and/or Civil engineering or mechanical engineering studies have been completed. Professional experience in project management, construction monitoring and/or building supervision of management projects and knowledge in handling ERP, GIS documentation and AVA software are of advantage. We presuppose that we use common software such as MS Office. They have a pronounced, commercial understanding. Analytical thinking skills, planning and organizational skills are your own. They like to work in the team and have strong communication skills. Your profile is rounded off as well as a safe occurrence in handling contractors.
