identifies and secures independent locations for wind farms in Bavaria negotiates contracts with property owners and municipalities commissioned and co-ordinary reviewer responsible for the preparation and submission of applications for approval, co-ordinating procedures and obtaining approvals guides project groups and controls projects until commissioning report to the team/department management on ongoing project development activities
