Occupational therapist / social worker (m/w/d) for the psychiatric wards in Rendsburg

The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices.

We are looking for an ergotherapist (m/w/d) or social worker (m/w/d) as part of the interprofessional care team for our psychiatric stations.

Your tasks – You can look forward to this Full team integration: As part of your cooperation, you will be integrated as an equivalent member of the nursing team into the day of the station and actively contribute to the smooth running. Motivating patient support: You accompany and activate the patients in the context of the environment and the daily structure. Everyday-oriented support: In order to enable patients to re-either into a life that is as self-determined as possible, you support them in daily life activities and promote their everyday skills. Structured documentation management: You document your observations carefully and take part in transfers, visits and team discussions to ensure continuous support. Empathic nursing culture: With empathy and team spirit, you will create a uniform care team that is experienced by patients as a professional response and reference level.

You have a degree or training as an ergotherapist (m/w/d) or social worker (m/w/d) and your professional competence is committed to the everyday clinic. A strong interest in interprofessional cooperation is what distinguishes you, especially in the nursing and therapeutic environment.
