Your profile

• a completed training as a health and nursing agent (d/m/w) or an elderly care provider (d/m/w)
• You have a completed training for nursing services or a nursing study
• You can demonstrate professional experience in outpatient care
• You have the pleasure of co-designing as well as further development of nursing and organizational processes
• besides your professional expertise, you are characterized by a high level of social competence, an extremely empathic nature and a sensitive approach to the patients entrusted to us and their relatives
• Class B driving licence, including driving practice, complete your profile

Your tasks

• Organisation of care and care of our clients, including service and tour planning
• Creation of service planning and guidance services
• technical guidance of all employees, recruitment and incorporation of all new employees as well as planning for further and further training to continuously strengthen the team
• personal advice from clients and their relatives on matters relevant to care and care
• Creation of cost proposals and completion of care contracts
• Planning of measures to further develop our outpatient care service
