You support the users in the IT Service Desk: in the case of hardware and software You solve, document and communicate inquiries or disturbances via an IT service management system You will also analyze complex IT errors and sustainably raise them You are actively involved in the planning and implementation of our varied IT projects

You have a completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) or comparable professional experience You have a pronounced service mentality and customer orientation You have an independent, structured way of working and are binding in your communication Practical experience in IT operating and support structures You speak fluent German (mind.
