In this position you are central:r Contact:in for business planning, forecasting and management reporting. You work closely with the departments and management and support sound decisions through precise analyses, clear classification and a holistic view of financial development. You create and manage long-term planning, budgets and forecasts for several countries – including GuV, balance sheet and cash flow You support specialist departments in budgeting and perform deviation analyses between plan and actual values You develop and advise a monthly reporting package for local management and come up with trends and relevant developments You will start sales and performance reports, conduct ad hoc analyses and prepare presentations for management decisions You continue to develop existing evaluations and analyses – in particular in the areas of revenue, operating costs and cash flow You identify financial opportunities and risks and evaluate alternative business ideas to actively support strategic business development

A completed economic studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, FP&A or comparable analytical role Very good knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English Embossed Excel knowledge and routined handling of MS Office applications The ability to quickly incorporate you into new planning and control systems A communicative personality with joy in working with different disciplines Strong analytical thinking capacity as well as the ability to clear and understand complex facts A self-responsible, initiative with a pronounced hands-on mentality Pragmatism and solution orientation – you think and implement
