Commercial trainee programme in the North Rhine-Westphalia Directorate (m/f/d)

For 15 months, you will participate in different tasks and get to know the essential structures and interfaces in the group From the first day on, you are involved in our successful team and gain insight into various processes and workflows in financial and accounting, costing, purchasing, personnel, work preparation and controlling You will be supported by your:n Mentor:in, who will accompany you throughout the training period and together with you will determine the future orientation of your activity You expect a comprehensive, practical and generalistic incorporation, complemented by a three-month stay abroad, exciting operations at our headquarters in Cologne, as well as tailor-made training in our corporate academy

A successfully completed study of Business Administration (Bachelor or Master) or the current final phase form your technical basis You could ideally gain first practical experience in controlling and/or construction Cross-process thinking and acting as well as a pronounced service orientation are of course for you Embossed analytical skills and convincing communicative skills characterize you Commitment, respect, reliability and partnerships are in line with your personal values and shape your daily action
