Configuration, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the storage and SAN landscapes (IBM, HPE, NetApp, Brocade and Dell EMC) are part of your tasks. You will ensure continuous and high-availability operation through further development and technological adjustments. Automation of operations is also part of your tasks. You prepare reports and capacity planning. The ongoing documentation of the system environment and cooperation in the creation of technology concepts are within your task. You process fault messages and are contact person (all genders) at 3rd level support for storage issues.

You already have professional experience in the professional support of storage systems and now want to take responsibility in terms of design and design in the area of our storage services. You have experience with the installation and configuration of storage systems (SAN / NAS). You have very good knowledge of storage products such as IBM, HPE, NetApp and Dell EMC. Good knowledge of the set-up and configuration of Storage Area Networks (SAN) are of course for you. You are characterized by a high customer orientation and a sophisticated service thinking. Analytical thinking, a systematic and independent and self-professional way of working belong to your brand. Ideally, you have an ITIL certification or are ready to make it with us as part of your activity. You master German in word and writing and speak well English.
