Advice on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to MANN+HUMMEL's shops through proactive, professional, competent, efficient and creative legal support elaboration, review and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents, excluding tax and labour law Support or management of projects in the field of law Drafting and designing internal guidelines, guidelines, procedures and templates Management of external law firms Monitoring of important legal developments and changes, excluding tax and labour law Implementation of legal changes in internal documents Conducting legal training and research, e.g. for purchasing and distribution

(m/w/d) with two successfully completed legal state examina Professional experience: at least 3-5 years relevant professional experience in general economic and contractual law, ideally acquired in an internationally oriented firm or in an industrial company Expertise: Negotiating skills and editorial skills for dealing with international teams Good analytical and comprehensive economic thinking and detailed work Finded judgment and ability to analyze situations and information

Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages are advantageous Personality: Safe and sovereign appearance - also in the international context Designed and communicative, with a pronounced attention to detail Cooperation-strong, team-oriented and self-responsible operation
