Machine and plant operator film production (m/f/d)

Priority Your activity is the production of plastic film. Depending on the installation occupancy, you will be flexibly used in the blasting or casting film extrusion. With your technical know-how, you independently provide our extruders and ensure compliance with operational requirements (e.g. setup times, performance, quality, committee). You monitor the production process taking into account all safety and hygiene requirements. Detect and lift disorders yourself to ensure smooth running. You carry out quality controls (including FSK), document data in SAP and support maintenance.

Ideally, you have a completed training as a process mechanic/plastic and rubber technology. You bring technical understanding and willingness to learn for film production. A self-contained, structured and proactive way of working distinguishes you. Team skills, good communication in German and sense of responsibility are your strengths. You have basic IT skills, ideally also through SAP experience. You are ready to work in the 4-shift system (conti layer).
