Come to the team of judiciary at GMSH and develop the construction measures of the courts and prisons of the state of Schleswig-Holstein. As a demand coordinator / project manager (m/w/d), set the course for strategic real estate and project development. For this interesting building portfolio, create the requirements for the development of properties. Identify and prioritize the use-side, legislative and technical building requirements Create the needs planning to implement CO2-neutral building operations, improve the construction status and take into account user needs Coordinate the main process participants (e.g. users, demand providers, action providers, planners, etc.) Perform previous variant studies incl. Comparing economic efficiency / analysis of the useful value of the different possible forms of implementation, including sustainability criteria Implement target planning and the preparation of strategic building entertainment for long-term property development Prepare the assignment of FBT contracts and accompany the implementation Develop priorities and milestones as part of the task

Compulsory condition Completed university studies (architects / engineers / economic engineers) or comparable university degree with long-term and proven professional experience in the field of construction and/or tasks Experience in the development of building requirements and building planning Safe handling of construction-specific rules (including VOB, AHO, HOAI) Self-security, self-initiative and a strong communication skills in German Modeability Solution-oriented operation and never lose the overall view Even in challenging situations, keep a cool head and align the various needs with the strategic orientation Ability to handle the various modern IT tools Class B/3 driving licences and the provision of service travel within Schleswig-Holsteins
