Your tasks:

• Organisation of incoming applications and maintenance of application data
• Correspondence with applicants: women, appointment arrangements and organisation of interviews
• Support for the creation of job alerts in cooperation with the departments and with the involvement of the Staff Council
• Publication of job advertisements on different platforms
• Representation of the company in recruitment measures such as job fairs
• General administrative activities in the field of human resources

Your qualifications:

• Experience in administrative support in HR
• Ability to maintain cooperative work and reliability
• Great organizational skills and accuracy in working
• Knowledge of how to deal with applicant management systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
