Business Intelligence, Reporting & Data Management: Conception, Development and Automation of Reporting, Analysis and Control Solutions and Ensuring High Data Quality and Transparency in Purchasing Data analysis & decision support: Analysis of complex purchasing, construction and business data as well as derivation and preparation of sound recommendations for action and decision templates for management and departments Key figures, market and cost-effectiveness analyses: development and further development of KPI systems, dashboards and control instruments as well as implementation of market, price and cost-effectiveness analyses for identifying optimization and savings potentials Governance, Risk & Compliance: Developing and ensuring policies, standards and governance structures as well as identifying, evaluating and managing procurement, compliance and process risks Project Management & Transformation: Own-sponsored management and cooperation in cross-departmental projects for the further development of purchasing processes, digital solutions and organizational structures System & process development: further development of data, reporting and analysis processes as well as translation of technical requirements in sustainable technical and process solutions Business Partnering & Consulting: Advising and supporting managers and departments in data-based issues and in deriving and implementing improvements

Qualification: Completed studies in business management, economics, business informatics, economic engineering, data analytics or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual experience in business intelligence, data analytics, controlling, purchasing controlling or comparable analytical function System and Methods Competence: Funded Knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW and in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Analytical skills: Impressive competence in the processing and analysis of large amounts of data and the ability to understand complex relationships, to question critically and to translate them into concrete recommendations for action project and process competence: experience in the management or cooperation of projects; ideally complemented by knowledge in purchasing, governance or compliance processes Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to prepare and present complex issues in an address-oriented manner as well as sovereign cooperation with different stakeholders across domain boundaries Personal competencies: Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking, high number affinity and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a high self-initiative and sense of responsibility
