Even if your workplace is in Oberlungwitz, you are an integral part of our team in Offenburg. For your personal and comprehensive work, you work in the first weeks on site in Offenburg. We then remain closely connected via Microsoft teams and phones and work together as a team across the site.

Self-fulfilment of the monthly pay bill for around 200 employees Processing of tax and social insurance matters Maintenance and control of the accounting-relevant personnel master files in DATEV LODAS Processing of entry and exits as well as further personal changes Creation of certificates and notifications Communication with health insurance companies, authorities and other external bodies Contact persons for employees and executives in matters relating to pay billing Support for annual and recurring audits Cooperation in the further development and optimization of our processes in the billing of charges

Business training, ideally with a focus on staff, payroll and taxes Professional experience in payment accounting Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Ideal experience with DATEV LODAS A careful and reliable way of working – because in pay billing, every detail is important Joy in working independently and at the same time being part of a team A high level of communication and joy in working with teams and telephones The willingness to work for incorporation in the first weeks at our location in Offenburg
