Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Responsible commercial support and control of a defined real estate portfolio. Development and implementation of object and portfolio strategies for sustainable value enhancement. Analysis of the economic performance of the objects and deriving appropriate measures. Control and coordination of internal departments and external service providers. Participation in budget planning, forecasts and reporting. Accompanying projects and measures along the entire asset lifecycle. Support for sales and sales processes and strategic decisions. Active querying of numbers, reports and status messages. Ensure reliable policy bases for management and investors.

Completed commercial training, or a study with a focus on real estate. Multiannual professional experience in asset management, or in a comparable position in the real estate environment. Good understanding of commercial, economic and strategic relationships. Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel. Communication strength as well as safe occurrence to internal and external contacts. Joy in the further development of structures.
