Number: MER00049MF The Global Logistics department plans, develops and supports IT (information technology) systems for the international supply of passenger cars. Impressed by growth in international markets, new processes and IT (information technology) solutions are established worldwide for global locations. As a working student, you work in the field of project management and support the planning, design, implementation, test and rollout phases of IT (information technology) systems. In addition, you will gain experience in the Global Supply System Plus (GSS+) and gain insights into further solutions along the supply chain. These challenges include: You take responsibility for onboarding new team members and support their successful entry into the product environment You are the contact person for product-relevant systems and accesses and support the team in organizational and technical issues You support the appointment organization, the preparation of presentations and the moderation and logging of appointments You work with modern software solutions such as SAP Fiori, Microsoft SharePoint and SAP Solution Manager You support the introduction and initial configuration of new software tools You maintain and develop product-internal communication You support the maintenance of organizational structures as well as role and process information You work closely with IT (information technology) - and departmental partners and support cross-disciplinary cooperation You work in a dynamic and international team and support internal communication in German and English The activity can begin from January 2027.

Course in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Mathematics or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office High commitment and motivation Team skills Analytical way of thinking and a strategic way of working Good self-organization
