We are looking for one/n at the Würzburg site as soon as possible Manager/-in Operational Product Management (m/w/d).

You will participate in the further development and refurbishment of products and services. You develop the process quality and efficiency in the passive business, in services and in the card business. You ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and supervisory requirements in your area of responsibility. You shape workflows and processes taking into account internal and external audits and regulatory requirements. You will meet decisions in your task and implement product launches as well as technical product adjustments in the passive business, in services and in the card business. You’re puggling, optimizing and expanding agree21 modules such as sales product and home opinion, taking into account regulatory requirements. You participate in the implementation of new products, services and sales channels and implement product adaptations, e.g. changes in contraction. You create and advise product-specific documents as well as organization documentation and are contact person for sales staff on these topics.

You have an apprenticeship as a banking businessman (m/w/d), an economics-oriented study or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in dealing with the relevant agree21 modules and in the application of agree21. You own well-founded IT skills in bank-specific programs (especially Atruvia) as well as in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You think holistic and process-oriented and bring conceptual skills. You have the pleasure of redesigning products and services and actively promote changes. You meet decisions in your area of responsibility and work carefully as well as targeted. You communicate properly, actively integrate relevant interfaces and convince with team skills, commitment, resilience and good time and self-management.
