To become part of our dedicated team, you should bring the following qualifications and skills: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Professional experience in old age care or a comparable area. Ideally, a completed qualification for a recognised practice guide – alternatively, you are interested in developing yourself in this area. Joy in the guidance and motivation of trainees and colleagues. High social competence and empathy in dealing with older people. Good communication skills and team spirit. Flexibility and resilience in everyday work.
