Your tasks: Creating perspectives Individual support: You accompany and moderate the entire professional integration process to restart the first labour market. You review the existing skills and skills in various individual and group offers/training units and develop new, sustainable professional alternatives with the participants. You create the funding planning, conduct corresponding discussions and document the individual processes. You support the internship acquisition, accompany internships and job search, are in exchange with Reha carriers and companies

Your profile: What to bring Completed studies (e.g. social education, social work, rehabilitation education, dipl. Education, or comparable qualification) Industry knowledge, experience in occupational rehabilitation or in the field of occupational/social inclusion are advantageous Empathy and communication strength, pronounced consulting skills and joy in working with people, experiences in dealing with people with disabilities are desirable Organisational skills, high level of responsibility and self-organisation Secure computer skills in handling MS-Office and class B driving licence
