Real estate agent for commercial property management (m/f/d)

As a modern building cooperative with around 1,700 own apartments, we have been the competent partner for housing rentals in the attractive capital of Stuttgart since 1893. Our core business is the management and sustainable development of our own, mainly located in Bad Cannstatt. We are looking for a: (m/w/d) for commercial household management. You are assigned to the commercial sector and provide around half of our stock in the team with a technical colleague (m/w/d).

For your inventory, you will process the entire rental process, from the confirmation of termination to the pre-renter, to the viewing of the apartment applications, to the dispatch of the rental contracts and the organisation of the housing transfer. You create and monitor rental adjustments for your inventory. You will process requests and complaints from the tenants from your inventory. Together with your colleagues from the commercial household, you are working on rent accounting, from the desired position to the rent-in-hand collection and the dunngeons. You deal with legal cases together with our law firm. You accompany modernizations in the inhabited and uninhabited state.

(m/w/d). You already have experience in the housing sector. You are pleased with the personal handling of people and are characterised by a reliable and structured way of work. You look forward to independent tasks as well as teamwork and joint projects. You master the current MS Office programs and ideally the industry-specific ERP system Wodis Sigma / Yuneo.
