Your tasks include food law advice on research and development, marketing, production and technology as well as quality management. They carry out the food inspection of all labelling elements for new products and modified products and calculate and create nutritional data, ingredients lists and allergen lists. Also watch the development and adaptation of legal renewals of our products and processes. You will clarify national and international food law issues in cooperation with accredited laboratories and associations. The evaluation of advertising materials and media campaigns as well as the response to customer and consumer requests complete your task profile.

Their profile is based on a completed study of food chemistry, food technology or a comparable study programme. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the field of food law in the food industry and have extensive knowledge of the relevant German and European legal projects in the Labelling, hygiene, food safety and residues.
