Full-time Purchasing Back Office (m/f/d)

You support our day-to-day shopping team and work closely with our national and international partners You track orders and monitor delivery dates so that everything goes smoothly You perform administrative and organizational tasks in purchasing You organize and coordinate the construction of our displays and second placements together with our partners You are an important interface to suppliers, logistics companies, service providers and internal departments You prepare purchase-relevant key figures, evaluations and documents To optimize our shopping processes and data quality, You create, care and prepare product master files in our different databases

You have a completed commercial study or a commercial training You have professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the food industry / in the FMCG environment You are a conscientious personality with sympathetic appearance and analytical thinking You work reliably and autonomously and are a strong team player You like to take things on the ground without breaking you You have excellent MS Office knowledge and are safe in handling ERP systems You speak German at the native language level and English Tischkicker-Skills (no Must-Have, but a great opportunity to get together interdisciplinary and deepen his team player skills)
