• Customers win & maintain – You build new contacts and maintain existing customer relationships: phone, digital or personal.
• Sales talks & negotiations – You understand and understand the needs of our customers and convince with solutions, fingertip feeling and a portion of charm.
• Offers, contracts & order processing – You take over the entire process of offering skalkulation, negotiation of contracts and successfully complete orders.
• Shape growth & expand sales regions – Together with the team, you develop new strategies for customer acquisition and have the courage to implement your own approaches.
• Support staff & accompany – You are the contact person for our external nursing staff and ensure a smooth working day.

• Experience in sales, ideally in staff service or employee transfer
• A serviceful personality with ambition, communication joy and customer orientation
• An independent, solution-oriented approach and the ability to communicate with people at eye level
• Good handling of MS Office and a quick opinion
• A heart for our industry, motivation and lust for a team that keeps together
• Bonus, but no need: Knowledge in healthcare or Pflege
