Our customer is a technology company for the aviation and defence industry with approx. 500 employees in Wedel. It mainly develops and produces energy systems and generators for military vehicles, air defense systems and other safety-critical applications.

We are looking for a full-time component (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

The collective agreement on the industry surcharges in the M+E industry applies, the weekly working time is 35 hours in full time.

Ensuring scheduled material supply in coordination with suppliers and production control Preventive management of material bottlenecks Optimization of stocks and handling frequency Coordination with S&OP and strategic purchasing Material disposition incl. Maintenance of relevant MRP parameters and master data Responsibility for stocks and triggering and monitoring of orders and delivery plans Coordination of delivery dates and correspondence with suppliers Processing of exceptional reports and reporting of relevant MRPs Monitoring of order confirmations and material inputs

Commercial or technical training as well as several years of professional experience in the material disposition or a related area in the industrial environment Knowledge of material demand planning and supply chain processes in discrete manufacturing Safe handling of the MRP tools in modern ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC) Skills for performing material-economic evaluations Secure user knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP Knowledge of purchasing law of advantage Entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach Embossed organisational and communication skills German and good knowledge of English (B2) in word and writing
