Your tasks • You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership of the ABF Service Plus team (order processing) • You establish and develop team-internal processes and structures in cooperation with the process management of the ABF incl. Establishing measurable KPIs • You coordinate the operational daily business • Ensure the necessary initial and ongoing training of staff • You create and revise presetting documents (e.g. SOPs, production instructions) • You are responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality management and improvement measures and monitoring compliance with all quality policies and legal frameworks • You can participate in exciting projects for the further development of the ABF • You work closely with other team lines • Your team includes 25 employees, which is why you're running another team

That's what you bring • You are an approved pharmacist (m/w/d) or PTA (m/w/d) • You already have experience in the field of employee management • You know the processes in order management and always focus on customers • You have a quick understanding and show interest in complex issues • You are a communicative personality and work structured and independent
