Technical Project Controller School Construction (m/f/d)

Multi-project control: you are active in the multi-project control of more than 30 school building projects (reconstruction, renovation, and wood module construction), this in different planning phases from the development of the demand program to the building completion. Project coordination: you coordinate regular client meetings with a variety of external project participants from the field of planning, but also from various Berlin districts and Senate administrations. project controlling: you control the planning documents on conformity with the standards for the new construction of schools of the Berlin school building offensive; this in particular on generally planar and structurally constructive definitions, but also on cost-effectiveness, inclusion and accessibility. Planning examination: you review and assess planning services and coordinate further specialist auditors:includes significant milestones in project planning. Tool development: you develop customised project controlling tools.

Also desirable would be knowledge of the relevant requirements for planning and construction
