As a growth-oriented group with 8 branches across Germany, we are now looking for you as a WEG manager / Property Manager (m/w/d) as a reinforcement for our team of RENTA-Servicegesellschaft mbH for our location in Leipzig.

Your duties

Commercial and technical support for objects in the WEG, special property, residential and commercial real estate sector Management of WEG-relevant accounts, in particular home money, maintenance reserves and special property accounts, including voting and account clarification Organisation, preparation and accompaniment of WEG collections including preparation of economic plans, decision management and enforcement of decisions Service-oriented, efficient and timely correspondence with owners, tenants, advisers, service companies and other contractual partners Processing of all customer requests and administrative processes in commercial and technical fields Maintenance of master and object data in the ERP/CRM system DOMUS Examination and approval of booking and invoice documents as well as coordination with the rent accounting or The Backoffice Assistance in the creation of house money, operating and auxiliary costs Examination, implementation and monitoring of rental increases and monthly out-of-court receivable management Control, award and supervision of service, supply, maintenance and insurance contracts Implementation of decreases and transfers of residential and commercial units including digital logging Recruitment, testing and commissioning of maintenance and repair measures as well as support for implementation Full processing of insurance damage including coordination with owners, tenants, insurance companies and service providers Regular object visits, state checks and ensuring traffic safety and maintenance obligations Advice on the initiation of judicial proceedings or on the legal order for open claims or other administrative matters Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and audits

Completed vocational training or studies in the real estate sector Multiannual professional experience in property management desirable Knowledge of management software Domus ERP & CRM desirable Secure handling of MS Office applications (in particular Excel and Outlook) Structured and independent operation Team skills Embossed service idea Communicative, reliable Very good German knowledge
