Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a senior technician in our facility management team, you will ensure the current plant operation and actively contribute to the further expansion of our factory. In the field of media supply, you can reliably monitor and document the smooth operation of our technical building equipment, in particular drinking water, rainwater, emergency/air showers, sprinklers, hydrants, sanitary, natural gas and steel construction. In doing so, you control the performance of the operator service in accordance with the contract. They review and monitor the proper implementation of maintenance and maintenance plans and compliance with dates and their quality. They support the activities in the Facility Helpdesk and Hook-up in case of decreases and interconnections. They identify optimization potentials with regard to uninterrupted control operation, plant availability and efficient energy use and are involved in their implementation. They monitor the regular operation of the operator service and assist with deviation. They actively participate in the preparation, coordination and execution of shutdown days. In coordination and cooperation with the internal Facility Gewerk engineers, you coordinate execution activities and provide active support in the event of disturbances.

Training: successfully completed specialist training in the field of technical building equipment or comparable; Master or technician training desirable Personality: reliable and strong communication Working method: independent, independent and solution-oriented Experience: multiannual professional experience in the facility environment in the field of mechanical structures - ideally a semiconductor production or comparable plant construction; very good knowledge in the operation of drinking water supply, rainwater, emergency/air showers, sprinkler and hydrant systems, sanitation, natural gas and steel construction; technical affinity and enthusiasm for the application of innovative tools; BIM (Building Information Modeling) knowledge desirable. Languages: very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
