You are responsible for providing and picking up archived goods and ensuring the use and accessibility of valuable archives Your tasks include the acquisition, order, packaging and administration of archives in the magazine You lead the magazine management and magazine statistics and support the introduction of a digital magazine management as part of a new archive information system You monitor the archived goods conservatively and ensure long-term preservation You support and support interns, temporary workers and trainees in their activities You contribute to the planning and implementation of exhibitions and events A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed vocational training (a training as a specialist for media and information services, subject area archive, is desired) Good PC knowledge Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Reliability and sense of responsibility Joy of independent work and work in a team Recommended: driving class B The work in the magazine service requires increased physical resilience The willingness to participate in events on the weekend is expected
