In this position, you will report to the General Managers in Germany and internationally and take responsibility for the support and development of B2B customers in Europe. Support and further development of existing customers in Europe (especially UK & Eastern Europe) Active new customer acquisitions and building long-term business relationships Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sustainable and profitable sales growth Identification of new market and growth potentials (countries, products, applications) Responsible management of customer projects from acquisition to completion Close cooperation with the sales service for optimal customer support Implementation of market analyses and competition observations Company representation at trade fairs, customer visits and industry events Implementation of product presentations for products in need of declaration (Aroma chemicals) Regular travel activities within Europe (approximately 50%, including occasional international meetings)
