Are you ready for a challenging and varied position as a CNC machine (m/w/d)? Your main task is to create complex milling programs and optimize production processes. You bring fresh wind into production and make sure that quality, time and costs are always in an optimal relationship. You will work closely with different departments and are the key to smooth production. Your knowledge is appreciated – both in the creation of clamping plans and in the support of your colleagues in mechanical processing.

• Programming CNC milling machines efficiently and according to the defined quality, cost and time targets
• Controls CNC programs on potential collisions and secures a smooth process
• Works continuously to optimize existing programs and manufacturing processes
• Create detailed maps and select suitable tools
• Take the planning of devices and special tools for specific tasks
• Complete technical documents such as tool lists and setup descriptions
• Supports mechanical processing with your expert knowledge
• Schulst Meister und Zerspanungsmechaniker in new CNC programs and are available on request
• Provides for the timely provision of functional CNC programs
• Monitors the entire process to ensure trouble-free production

We are looking for

For this exciting position as a CNC machine (m/w/d) you bring a passion for precision and technology. In addition to these soft skills, further characteristics and qualifications are required:

• Completed training as CNC programmer, machining mechanic or comparable technical qualification
• Secure handling of CNC controls and comprehensive programming skills
• Understanding manufacturing processes and technical drawings
• Analytical thinking and the ability to develop efficient solutions
• Teamability and good communication strength to promote dialogue with colleagues and supervisors
• Structured and reliable operation, even under time pressure
