They develop and design modular residential buildings They develop design concepts, create sketches and their visualizations, and agree with builders and other stakeholders You are responsible for identifying customer needs and requirements on the market They make a selection of suitable materials and technologies for residential module construction, taking into account sustainability and efficiency They develop and implement a production process for the production of residential modules You create construction plans, designs and 3D models They work with engineers, construction managers and other professionals They ensure compliance with building regulations and standards

Complete study of architecture or comparable qualification Visionary and extroverted personality who enjoys an activity with start-up character Mind. 3 years of professional experience, ideal in the field of modular construction Knowledge of building regulations and standards Creativity and Innovation Safe handling of CAD software and O365 Knowledge of sustainable construction and modern building materials
