Personnel Administrator (m/w/d) in Bad Bramstedt

The Schön Klinik Bad Bramstedt north of Hamburg is one of the largest psychosomatic specialist clinics in Germany and part of the family-run Schön Klinik Group. More than 400 employees provide approximately 4,000 patients per year in the acute and rehabilitation sectors. The clinic offers highly specialized treatments according to an integrative behavioral medical concept and works in multi-professional teams. It also has its own training institute for professional and psychotherapeutic training. We are looking for a personnel officer (m/w/d) in part time for about 30 hours a week.

Create contract management: you create self-employed contracts and standardized works council hearings. Staff advice: You advise and support employees in administrative personnel issues. Important documents control: You check and release certificates and create personal letters. Configuring wage processes: You undertake preparatory activities for payroll accounting and work closely with payroll accounting. HR team: You support staff representatives in all areas of responsibility.

You have a completed (commercial) training, ideally as a tax specialist, office clerk or industrial clerk. At best, you have been able to gain experience in the staff area as well as in the hospital area. A structured and independent operation and a pronounced service orientation are of course for you. You are safe in handling common MS Office applications and ideally you have first experience with SAP and/or Atoss. You always deal responsibly with their tasks and sensitive data.
