Competent HR all-round support for employees, departments and management in all personal questions Full staff support from entry to exit and implementation of the personnel bill for a defined group of employees Implementation of tax and social insurance legislation including communication with social security institutions and authorities Ensuring general correspondence with internal employees and external authorities Individual support and management of personnel service projects

Graduated commercial training, ideally complemented by a qualification as a human resource specialist or wage book holder (m/w/d) Multiannual relevant professional experience in human resources with sound knowledge in all areas of personnel work First insights into the billing of building wages Routinized in the use of MS Office as well as pay billing software (ideally BRZ, DATEV) and time recording systems (ideally 123) Outstanding social competence, loyalty, discretion and strong team capacity Sovereign appearance, organizational talent and clear service orientation
