Operation and support: Ensuring productive operation and further development of our systems Incident & Problem Management: Processing 2nd Level Support Requests and Coordination of Error Analysis and Solution Identifications with Internal and External Partners Control of service providers: Coordination of our external development partners in 3rd level support and project-specific implementations Requirement management: inclusion, evaluation and implementation of business requirements in cooperation with the departments Optimization & Digitization: Support for the introduction of new technologies and automation of processes Change & Release Management: Planning, Testing and Introduction of Updates, Releases and New Features

Completed (economic) informatics study or comparable qualification At least 4 years of professional experience in IT projects Experience in managing and implementing IT projects or in managing service providers Experiences in the energy or financial sector of advantage High sense of responsibility Analytical thinking, structured working and problem-solving competence Communication strength and team capacity Very good knowledge of German and English
