Contact persons for employees and supervisors in matters of employment and collective bargaining onboarding and offboarding of employees and staff support Control of Recruiting Processes Creation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and certificates Cooperation with works council Preparation of pay billing Maintenance of personal files and the time recording system Development of digital processes in the human resources sector Creation of evaluations and reporting in the group Coordination of training Cooperation with project controlling (in terms of personnel costs) Car park management

Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications in the human resources sector and multiannual professional experience in the human resources sector Ideally, further training on/to the personal businessman/wife Knowledge of collective bargaining (ideally construction) knowledge of the preparation of pay billing and the time recording Own initiative, resilience and structured operation Teamability and Communication Strength
