Preparation, production and control of operating and heating cost accounting, mainly for commercial real estate Evaluation, analysis and documentation of the accounting results Cooperation with measuring service providers Service-oriented processing of customer requests for additional cost accounting Auditing and independent auditing of the ability to reimburse costs and auditing according to the cost Maintenance of accounting-relevant master data in SAP in the foreign administration accounting circuits Participation in termination work Support of the team in other specialist areas

Training to the real estate businessman/ real estate businesswoman, desirable with additional qualification (e.g. real estate specialist/ real estate businessman, /-economic /-economic) Multiannual professional experience, in particular operational and heating cost accounting, preferably commercial real estate Good knowledge of commercial lease law and the relevant regulations on cost accounting Own initiative, commitment and communication strength as well as safe occurrence Teamability and a pronounced understanding of services Good computer skills (MS-Office) Good knowledge and experience with SAP
