At the Deutsche Funkturm we acquire, plan, build, operate and market a portfolio of more than 35,200 radio sites for mobile radio, radio and radio. With this, we form the foundation that people can connect to each other wherever and everywhere. We are represented at eleven locations nationwide with over 750 employees. We are looking for support at the Schönefeld site as soon as possible.

You can use your team to ensure proactive, correct and continuous execution of the following tasks: Control of BTS Rollout teams, in particular acquisitions and planning, approval management Responsibility for the on-time, qualitative and economic control of the new construction program Support and implementation of directional radio assessments as well as suggestions for directional radio planning including associated stakeholder management Responsibility for compliance with the building transfer date in the implementation phase in coordination with GU and customers Operational Service Provider Control (GU & Acquise-DL) Ensuring occupational safety

As a (scientific/participatory) manager (m/w/d) of the team, you take the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, as well as perception of (total)responsibility for results and employees Defining the task scope and defining clear responsibilities Organisation of the team incl. resource management in coordination with contractors/management incl. Control and Priority Implementation of the culture and strategy of the business unit Promoting feedback culture and self-initiative and employee responsibility Responsibility for the skill-related and personal expansion of the team, aimed at future-oriented and sustainable competence development through e.g. Initiation of training and further development of employees and promotion of lifelong learning Target group-specific communication Promoting talent, motivation and enthusiasm for employees

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, news technology or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience Leadership experience or at least relevant project management experience desirable Multiannual experience and knowledge in the construction of mobile radio stations are desirable, alternatively you bring multi-year experience in controlling the complex construction project with Knowledge of the mobile/telecommunication/construction industry Good knowledge of the Landesbauordnung (Region: Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Berlin, Brandenburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, Saxony) Knowledge of project management Good knowledge of PC standard software Coordination and organisational capacity expressiveness and communication strength, both in the team, towards internal stakeholders, and externally in contact with service providers and GUs High level of ownership and commitment German in Word and Writing Good knowledge of English
