Planning of layer divisions and efficient machine occupancy, combined with team-oriented personnel management Active interface function between production line and production for optimal processes Self-programming of complex components Roughening and entry of multi-axis machining centres (3-, 4- and 5-axis, among others DMG Mori, OKK, Makino, Heller) Manufacturing of demanding workpieces according to drawing and 3D data Independent quality control, ongoing process optimization and participation in maintenance and improvement projects

Successfully completed training as a machining mechanic or comparable qualification At least 2 years of practical experience in CNC, ideally with first management experience Very good understanding of production drawings (form and position tolerances) High self-initiative, quality awareness and willingness to further professional development Knowledge of (Fanuc) controls and CAD/CAM systems of advantage Ready for 2-shift operation
