Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Independent processing of the entire recruitment process
• Guided selection and contract discussions
• Active address of new candidates via the company's own database and social media (e.g. StepStone, LinkedIn, XING)
• Preparation and implementation of personal marketing measures as well as organisation and representation of the company at recruitment fairs and university marketing actions
• formulation of job advertisements as well as care and updating of job offers
• If necessary accompaniment of sales staff to local meetings

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or comparable qualifications
• Ideally first experience in recruiting
• Knowledge of how to handle SAP HCM
• Fun in dealing with people
• High level of enforcement and self-organisation desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and English
