Ensuring operational performance pursuant to the FM Treaty Planning, control and control of all agreed facility services (technical, infrastructural) in your object. Central contact person internally and externally for all building equipment Expert contact for customers, users and internal interfaces with all questions relating to home technology, building technology and technical building equipment. Complete technical or commercial training, preferably in the field of building technology, facility management, supply technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the technical facility management or in the object management Knowledge of building systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical engineering) Organisational talent and experience in staff disposition and cooperation with foreign companies Embossed service and customer orientation, safe and professional appearance Good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with FM systems Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (with additional remuneration) driving licence class B
