Management and optimization of M365 Policies (e.g. Conditional Access, DLP, MFA) and license management
Ensuring compliance & governance (audit, ISO, ITGC) and implementing Security‐Best‐Practices
Monitoring & Reporting on Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell and, if applicable, Third tools
Technical management and control of a four-member team in the field of Microsoft 365 Messaging & Voice
Technical and organizational support of Merger & Acquisitions in the field of mail and telephony – incl. Integration and elimination of services from and into the Micorsoft 365 Tenant
ITIL-based service management including incident, problem, change and service request management for Microsoft 365 communication services
Development and strategic orientation of Micorsoft 365 Messaging & Voice Services
Application of Encryption Services for Exchange to Ensure Confidential Communication
Patch Management for messaging and voice components in Microsoft 365 environment
Monitoring of service quality based on defined KPIs and controlling external providers to ensure agreed SLAs
Global operation of services and rollout to new locations
Control and coordination of different external providers
Deep know-how in Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams Voice, Azure AD) and relevant professional experience in the relevant field
Studies in Business Informatics or Similar
Experience with PowerShell automation for Microsoft 365 services
Knowledge of Security & Compliance features (e.g. Purview, Conditional Access, MFA)
Experience in the application of ITIL processes in operational operation
Expertise in encryption technologies for Exchange and Microsoft 365
Experience in managing external service providers and in KPI-based quality management
Certifications such as MS‐102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MS‐700 (Teams Admin), SC‐300 (Identity & Access)
ITIL Foundation or higher quality ITIL certifications
Experience with telephony technologies desirable
