• You are researching the expansion of partnership business relations with our existing customers - but you are equally pleased to demonstrate your sales talent in the new customer sector.
• Recruiting makes finding and winning new talents as easy as the customer-side marketing of our services.
• You have the right feeling to bring together the ones that belong together by perfect matching.
• You are the interface in order processing. From the creation of the request profile to the occupation of the vacancies, all threads work together with you.
• You are our “face to the customer” and take over all aspects from the creation of the offer, order processing to the price negotiation.
• Developing together with the management and your leadership, you are constantly testing strategies that convince both our customers and our employees: within our USP.

That's what you bring

• You have a completed technical, craftsmanship or commercial training.
• You can rely on at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the customer area and ideally in the staff service.
• You're a well-organized, independent and result-oriented working style.
• A high customer and service orientation as well as the associated portion of loadability are characterized by you.
• You are grounded and of the kind of person who sees the glass half full instead of half empty.
• Commercial understanding, negotiation and sales strength and art to keep a cool head in conflict situations, complete your profile.
