They have completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in engineering, architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering, economic law, law with at least the first state exams, economics or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: Ideally, you already have professional experience in real estate management, in the engineering field, in contract management, in claim management, project purchase or in the execution of construction projects. They have knowledge in public procurement law (VgV, GWB, VOB/A, UVgO) and in demand management (VOB/ HOAI/ BGB) and construction contract law
